The Personal (25 June 2009)

The Personal is about personalisation; it is about the role and influence of people (as well as organisations). We have recently seen the emergence of the ‘self’ at the heart of online communication, placing the individual is at the centre of digital culture. The Personal theme will ensure organisations (and the people in them) understand the opportunity for flexible, personalised forms of interaction and production and are equipped with the confidence to operate in a people centred way.
